It's hard being patient after 3 years when you know they are on the verge of huge success, bought more today but could have to wait another month or 2 but it could be Tomorrow

The patent office has 3 TLT patents that are on the move this month. The Cannabinoid one, the Sonodynamic one, and this one which got a move today - the Microbial and/or Viral Infection one. This one has now been passed back to an examiner after a company request on July 11, 2023 to have "reconsideration" following a non-final rejection on January 11, 2023. As far as timeliness it took the Company 6 months and a request for an extension to get their arguments back to the examiner -- and that's with what appears to be easier arguments, seeing as Arkady was a factor. They normally work on 90 day turn arounds. As far as an outcome, it depends on the strength of their arguments as to how they are resolving the Goodrich conflicts. All in my humble ...more

The application rejected in January had 32 claims. One claim was withdrawn and the other 31 were given a non-final rejection. A few claims are based on a requirement for wording changes. The majority of the rest are a conflict with a prior application by guess who? Arkady Mandel. Presumably their recent arguments resolved that conflict. That was quicker than I expected. The Sonodynamic Therapy patent has now been cleared and is given "Notice of Allowance and Fees Due" status. That means the Company has to pay the applicable fees to get the "issue" underway. One claim, Claim number 23 had to be amended and then it was given the green light.
