Good choice enriquesuave,  would've loved to see a more indepth calculation on EPS and ratio. One thing stands out here is the need for large pharmaceutical companies to grow through buyout. I wonder how long after BTD & AA do buyout offers start or will Theralase attempt to grow by use of Joint Ventures?

That keep the lights on remark from Roger is perhaps not the best choice of words but in the context it was made it is nothing to pay attention to. It is a common saying after all. Anyway, perhaps nothing much will happen from now until they make that pre-BTD application.. Should be in January, so only a month a way. A loooong month.

Yes, keeping the lights on is a common saying but there is an implied resignation in it imo. Staying on this shoestring budget and needing to outstretch the begging bowl again almost every single quarter must be a tiresome time-consuming ordeal. And let's not forget the poor optics of such a strategy. The goal was a fully funded $5.3M LIFE offering, giving them a full year of cash along with
