My thought is the share price will need to trade over 50 cents for the tradeable warrants to be exercised.  At a share trading price of 40 cents I feel there is too much downside risk of the share price collapsing after exercising the warrants at 35 cents.

The shylocks control this stock. Until some sort of deal happens this wash - rinse - repeat cycle will continue.  Everyone can now tell me how BTD will give us a rerate and we will be swimming in cash from warrants........a very high risk assumption. IMO BTD alone won't do much for our market cap.

Btd will boost sp price people will get in but the  2024  warrants will dampen the gain. And there is still a boatload of warrants for next couple of years.

Probably shrinks. They know they will have a long line of suffering TLT shareholders in need of letting the steam out before they burst. Those suckers know what they are doing... Kidding aside, maybe an update on stuff is coming soon again. If there is anything to update upon there is. Q2 was said to be the aim for BTD application if I am not mistaken. Not that long until then. One can at least

Actually, I have a friend who calls me *Oink*... lol. He sold his TLT at 37 cents and tries very often to remind me of that. I hope he regrets it one day.

River, I agree about exercise. But, they are tradable, right? So I'm guessing someone will want to buy some of them, Even if it is just the MMs. I have no idea what a BTD will do to warrant price. But a inked deal just prior or after would be stellar for these warrants.

resilience is too kind . Looks like Medicinna is on the move up after a nice correction , next level 2.40 ish IMO humble opinion only .
