once again with the odd price action
Several days in last week and the week before the volume was trivial, even 0 on the main exchange.
And now we have large volume popping up. But the way it is behaving doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
For example, there have been moments where 100,000 shares are posted on the ask and the bid right around the same time.
Today, there is massive volume on the ask.
As I've said before, if someone wants to exit, they wouldn't post large sell orders like this. It would be parcelled out to not be too obvious. The last thing you want is to scare off buyers on the bid side if you are trying to exit.
As has happened before, it seem to be that if someone controls a few different accounts at different institutions (different names, shell corporate accounts?) they could sell back and forth to each other and never lose the shares. But the volume could easily drop the price on a stock like TLT. After all most of us are maxed out for what we can and will buy. You could insert these large orders and have a good chance that the shares are not going anywhere but into your other accounts.
The goal would be to scare people to sell or drop the price enough that any PP would have be priced pretty low. Then you buy in to the PP and get more than if the price was in the 0.2-0.22 range.
It just feels manipulated. So disappointed in how easy this stock is to manipulate.
The bigget advantage anyone has with manipulation is that there is a big void of uncertainty as to when anything new will change things. BTD? who knows? Another PP? who knows?
RDW, if you are following, you could always do an interview right about now and mention some good news and signal somehow that no PP imminent. That would be nice if you could do that.

I don't think this price action suggests anything other than another PP, it looks exactly the same including those selling. And Eog's post shows why they might plan on multiple small PPs given the fuzzy timeline that even they can't pin down. I wish they would give a little more info in their updates but It doesn't seem the timeline has changed drastically.
