I'm planning on doubling up my warrant holdings at zero. Four and a half years ago who would have thought that TLT common shares would be trading at 17 cents and that the tradeable warrants exercisable at 35 cents until August 2024 might expire worthless?

I held some of those warrants and sold at .02. I know the stock can move on good news but I'm thinking 2025 might see upward movement

Personally, I think they will expire worthless... unless they are extended for a year. Which is something that I believe the company should do, namely for the sake of good investor relations.

I believe the warrants can not be extended again.

So the warrant expiring reverses some dilution at a cost of losing out on the cash that they may have brought in. Is that correct?

Yes, if they expire, it's less overall dilution, but a loss for holders. If they get excercised it would bring in like $17 -20 million if I remember

For the love of God .. Is anyone here truly suggesting that we won't have BTD (with an accompanying JV) prior to warrant expiry? .. which is 5 months from tomorrow?

I truly hope and believe we will get BTD before they expire, but no 1000% certainly until it happens.

Appreciate your viewpoint on Enrique. Worst case scenario, would it not be in management's (everyone's) interest to extend the warrant deadline given not only the cash raised through conversion but also given the fact that they have done so with previous issues, if I'm not mistaken?

That's what I was thinking and I don't have a ton of warrants. There is a tendancy here to exaggerate everything, good and bad.

I believe the tradeable warrants were assigned a value of 7 cents at the time of the financing. This poses a sizable capital loss for those that participated in the 2019 financing.

You'd be correct on that, riverrow. Which is why at this point I think they should be extended at least once, for at least a year. If not, seeing those rot away leaves a bad taste in my mouth, and I'm quite sure that I won't be the only one that will be loosening my grip on the shares portion of my (sizeable !) holdings here...

What do you mean "again"? They've never been extended even once...
