Interesting that Roger is getting a big payday while all of his lieutenants are taking pay cuts. Also, changing auditors at the direction of the company can be a red flag as the former auditors may have given the company a worse opinion than they wanted.

Gooseybear good point about auditors if I recall correctly  that's about 3 in the last 5 years.i guess inflation and rising  fees

Are you being serious, the company has changed auditing firms 3x in the past 5 years? I didn't know that, and I hope not.

You might make a good point. An external party could request they get a different auditing firm and have the financials re-reviewed or who knows what. Prior to something big happening. But 3x in 5 years? Has the company changed that much in the past 5 years?
