PP speculation

I won't join the PP speculation as to how much obtained.

I will say that we have enough PP's in the past that we can take the final amount and the number of participants and easily tell if RDW has found anyone new with big pockets. I don't think the last 4-5 PPs, when added up altogether got 5m. If they magjically hit some big number this time then that is new.

Comment by CAinPlap on Jul 02, 2024 8:04pm
Can't recall if has been mentioned previously but the reason PP set at 10 million was that an entity whose minimum investment is $10 million had expressed interest. If RDW lands them we likely raise around 11 million. If not around 1 again is my guess. Don't think there is an in between.
Comment by menoalittle on Jul 02, 2024 8:24pm
If they raise anything close to a million, it should easily carry them through to Sept... which hopefully will be long enough to get a much clearer sense of where things are at with BTD and the FTD, as well as some number of other things, which should bring with it some better optiong for financing (even it its only a higher price for the next placement.)  While I'm not against some ...more

FTD... sounds like Florists. Try FDA. (It's what age can do to you.  Mind thinks one thing, fingers do another...  lol.)
Comment by skys1 on Jul 03, 2024 9:25am
I agree and don't want to see a huge $10 mil raise with the huge dilution that would create. I'd prefer 2 or 3 $mil which would get us to the end of the yeasr and BTD which would issue in a complete new ball game.
Comment by DJDawg on Jul 03, 2024 9:55am
I recall that there was mention of getting 5m to be shelf prospectus worthy. Is a shelf prospectus just a bunch of shares on the shelf ready for the compay to play out as needed? But no warrants?
Comment by skys1 on Jul 03, 2024 10:09am
Yes, but the "no warrents" cuts the delution in half. Actually as I said previously, what I an hopeing for is a smallish raise to get us to BTD. Then with TLT being substantially derisked and with a stock price much higher, everthing changes. In addition, hopefully some type of deal.

DJ, What do you think of this? ------------------- "RuvidarTM, combined with transferrin to form the compound Rutherrin, has been proven effective preclinically in the destruction of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer ("NSCLC")." ------------------- Theralase has demonstrated that all animals treated with x-ray activated Rutherrin are currently alive; unfortunately, this is not the ...more

Not sure what the question is. What do I think about it scientifically? In the world of oncology?
Comment by DeathXray33 on Jul 04, 2024 10:51am
Hi, They used Ruvidar, the drug that's already proven to be extremely safe and effective in humans. Do you have any thoughts on that based on your experience? Thank for responding.
Comment by DJDawg on Jul 04, 2024 10:59am
They have not used Ruvidar in humans SYSTEMICALLY that I'm aware. Bladder instillation is not really in the same category as not going in blood and throughout the whole body. The current work that they mention in getting ready for a human trial is testing it on animals in various ways. One reason I'm a huge fan of Rutherrin is that the mechanism would be the same in humans and human ...more

Yes, that's great and thank you. Ruvidar would go in the blood, go throughout the whole body and the mechanism would be the same in humans and human cancers. Thanks again !!!
Comment by DJDawg on Jul 04, 2024 11:24am
A few add on comments (please correct me if anything I say is incorrect) Ruvidar is the brand name for tld-1433, for the bladder My understanding is that Rutherrin is the brand name for tld-1433 combined with transferrin. Transferrin is a protein that floats around in blood and binds iron. It then presents itself to the outside of a cell. If the cell needs iron it expresses way more of something ...more
Comment by Eoganacht on Jul 04, 2024 12:15pm
Thanks for the post DJDawg. It all sounds right to me. They have demonstrated that Rutherrin works much better than TLD1433 by itself as an anti-cancer PS. When I wrote them years ago to ask why they were using TLD1433 (Ruvidar) rather than Rutherrin in the NMIBC trial they told me that Rutherrin just wasn't ready yet. Theralase was in no position to wait another year or two before starting ...more

It's a bit of a personal thing for me but I would like to see someone develop a med or vaccine for Dengue Fever. My son lives over in Bali and has just contracted Denque for the second time. It comes from mosquitos and is most prevalent in tropical countries. He is in Hospital in Bali and his platelet count is 20 instead of about 200+. "There are 100–400 million Dengue fever infections ...more

Ran out of sparklers....Thanks for your informative posts Eog & DJDawg. For those who may not already know....The true potential of TLD 1433/Ruvidar is certainly waiting to be unleashed in the form of Rutherrin.  From my understanding, TLD 1433 as a sole actor can only passively diffuse into a cancer cell, & the amount absorbed can be limited by various factors such as local drug ...more

The recent mouse lab trial wss using Rutherrin in the inplanted lung cancer ...then activating it with low level xrays. This destroyed thr lung cancer completely. This should ultimately work the ssme in human lung cancer..and other solid tumours. THAT WILL BE HUGE..IMO

Close the PP, Roger.

I would expect an announcement tomorrow.
Comment by CancerSlayer on Jul 04, 2024 9:29pm
For me that was one of the more exciting NRs to date...the implications/future possibilities of using systemically administered Rutherrin in combination with a lower-level form of radiation (x-ray) are profound.  If clinically proven effective, it could completely change the treatment landscape.  Imagine having multiple solid tumors throughout the body or an aggressive/metastatic cancer ...more

Hello CAinPlap. I'm just getting back from a few days hiking in the mountains with no service and catching up on the Board. I'm really curious about your post and wondering are able to elaborate whether or not this "entity" is a secure thing? Thank you, 3Crows
Comment by CAinPlap on Jul 05, 2024 5:05pm
Hi 3Crows, I am sure RDW and MP told me about it during their sales pitch but which end of the horse was talking is the question. ;)
