Yes we may be unknown but for every buyer there is a seller. A seller is someone who is KNOWN and wants to get rid of the stock they know about. Something else is at play and I won't even try to guess what it is.

The previous pp remains open with only the first tranche having been obtained, but the company can't enroll and treat 10 more patients or open 5 more clinical sites w/o more money. The warrants remain on track to expire at the end of this month rather than be exercised to replenish the company coffers. No shelf offering has been approved, so debt financing doesn't appear ...more
