Is getting this PP closed, it seems like that hasn't happened yet.

They're most likely gonna have it pinned at .30 until the PP closes

The PP was totally closed on Friday. However, the TSX has to approve prior to a news release (which can take several days.) Believe whatever you want... but those selling now are not those participating in the PP... and in another week or so, I suspect they'll be kicking themselves for selling now... lol.

I'm not questioning the lack of a news release, just that this looks like every other PP with TD putting in a big offer then marching it down. But if it's closed I guess it's closed.

If you're not one that participated in that placement, how is it that you're so sure of that skier? Why project what you would do (if you even ever had the wherewithal to participate in said PP) onto an accredited investor that quite likely has a better insight and understanding of what this company is doing and where they are at in the process of it, than you do?

I am interested in hearing your take on recent progress and potential. Ive been struggling to get a perspective here that isnt overly optimistic. Ive been steadily increasing my position but I am not sure exactly how much farther I am going to go.

If BTD was a slam dunk (or perceived as being that by most here) TLT would already easily be trading well north of a dollar. 'nuf said.

If they raised the 1 mill what they said they want I would consider that a positive sign..Btd approval would be another boost realisticly don't think that would proppel the sp to $ levels

Menoalittle. Can you share your source of info. If PP is closed they should disclose. I think holding back information from share holders does not meet SEC regulations.

Call them and try to participate in the offering if you don't believe me.

Forgive me if my memory is wrong, but I seem to recall it has taken quite a bit of days when previous PPs closed and when an actual pr of it was given. Others might recall differently.

They're not holding it back, this is how it has always worked. It closes, they get approval the next week, they disclose the next week. It's only been done 10 times now.

I would agree. The usual process for any PP is you close it and you submit the paperwork to the exchange for (rubber) stamp of approval. Closed on Friday. Holiday monday, sort of. I would not be surprised if the NR regarding the PP was not released till next Monday or Tue.

TD has been the top seller down of this stock for years. Of course we have no idea who it is doing the selling through TD and SEC has the job of investigating.
