DDW, your commentary is not that helpful. Most of us are sincere investors who seen the stock and company in shades of gray. I get that you and some members of this board have a back and forth thing but it is not that helpful. Are you in investor? What is your story? Is your username related to RDW's last name? All you criticisms of the company's BOD are well founded and most of us were

Im assuming BTD has not been submitted. Speculation and excitement alone based on anticpation of designation approval would push the SP up and help with the PP. I could be wrong, but since nothings been nothing disclosed, I dont think its been done. It would just make sense to stir some excitement when offering a PP.

Could argue either side for releasing news that a BTD was submitted that it might drive the price and mislead investors if it's denied.   To play devils advocate.

I understand you're just offering an alternate scenario, but if BTD isnt submitted we've already been misled. Management has no control over approval or denial, it would just be using the current momentum to assist with raising operations capital. It would be a shame to not leverage it if its in fact submitted.

Dumbeldorofwhite probably named himself after J.K. Rowling's character Albus Dumbledore who is generally "described as benevolent and wise. His demeanour is often described as serene, ethereal and composed, and he rarely displays strong emotions." (Wikipedia)  Perhaps he should consider changing his handle to Tolkein's Saraman the White? Would be more fitting.
