Agreed. But looking at their numbers, their not far off. Also, as per your link, the TSX is flexible: "We are always open to talk to corporate executives who are considering listing on the TSX.  The listing requirements can sometimes be confusing and waivers can be applied for in certain circumstances when a company desiring to list is strong in all listing categories but for one

I've had 2 of my positions uplisted since the beginning of 2021. Prior to uplistings the stocks were not halted. Also the effect of the uplisting was not as positive as I would have thought. I'm hoping the price appreciation is more than just an uplisting, regardless I'm in for the long term. GLTA

No worries. Uplisting is not a priority nor on the short term horizon. I think the story is getting around and recognition of what the future post-covid restrictions may look like. Office and manufacturing space expansion is generally a good sign.
