imho person to person is invaluable as I do have many years of experience as a contracting person and beleive this contains most trust.  I believe, by far, the best is yet to come.  I am waiting for the sunami of contract awards and significant announcements yet to come.......there is a reasoin why the stock price has risen the past couple weeks and I firmly beleive it will continiue to

Ask for more and get more . That's how it works . I don't understand why anyone would hit the bid under .35 . The next contract is so close one can  smell it coming .
