Hmm.....is this manipulation or what

In the last number of trades yesterday, every time the price went up to .22, TD sold to TD to bring the price back down, although I have no idea if it was the same TD trader, it sure looks like manipulation to me !!!!!

stock, It is open to surmises, if there is someting coming - like an option, investment swap, etc - then I can see the need for a stable price. However, any upward movement suggests news is coming\due - and if we want to get to 35-40 range - then creeping UP is desirqble. Better to buy some at 20-25 then you have more to sell when the NRs flowwww...
