Undervaluation or problematic cash position?

TML's current capitalization represents US$2.7 per ounce of gold (2.964M) if we deduct the 8M cad of cash! Should we assume an obvious undervaluation or a highly problematic cash position?

Reply from CFO to my msg of 12/10: "We had an unknown seller come in on a down day for gold equities who indiscriminately sold what amounted to more than 20x our average daily volume over the course of the last hour of the trading day.  As I don’t know the identity of the seller, and most of the selling was done anonymously, I would not be able to know their motivation."
