Capital increase + 20%

Announcement today of the creation of 28.6M shares + 14.3M warrants, i.e. a capital increase of between 20 and 30% at the lowest price ever! It's hard to keep morale up in these conditions, even if the downturn is affecting the entire sector and not just TML. Nevertheless, the latter seems particularly fragile.

Once again, large shareholders will benefit from this capital dilution. I'd prefer the Goliath project to be sold, but I don't suppose there are any candidates for the purchase, otherwise the share price wouldn't be at 0.13 CAD.
