Yes, Tng As Far As I Am Concerned Is Currently Undervalued
using the typical accepted calculations with one exception let me give my reason--typically investors use the total o/s divided by revenue with a 5-10 multiplier--I more recently go a bit more conservative at 3-5. if we take the last financials where tng earned 2.3 million for the six months ended November of last year and the recent quarter of 1.3 million that is 10 months and running these calculations even though it isn't a complete year that would be 3.6 million you divide that by 116 million and you get .031--when you multiply that by 3 you get .09 and when multiplied 5 you would have .155-- so there you have it--but ultimately any equity to a certain point is what the market is willing to buy and sell at--however, strong earnings are always the key--tng is up 32% quarter over quarter comparison from last year--so that is big and shouldn't be underplayed. glta
