they haven't been able to get anything done in my opinion and the share price reflects that. Closing at 3 cents and bidding a new 52 week low of .025 cents. When will they ever advise the investors what is going on and what is wrong.

flubber - I believe free trading shares from the last placment became available this week. Hence the trading volume you referred to in your post. Stock definitely appears cheap at these prices especially if other pieces of the puzzle begin to fall into place. One of those pieces is the price of silver which has been making good gains of late.
