Unexpected surprise. Inconsequential for me as I only hold 25 shares. It is part of my spec play money that is not in my core income producing investments. Like my 140 Shop.... No income but upside.

Missed out on Constellation the first time when I thought it highly priced ar $120 or so <grin> Bought Topicus because hopefully it replicates its parent in Europe
