and the last line of the news says that they are being advised by Scott Saxberg ( President and CEO of Crescent Point Energy ) . I've been trying my luck with dimwit management on other companies , I think I'll throw her into this and take a chance on some of the best in the business in their respected area. Doesn't sound from their past engagements that they are interested in leaving this as a penny stock under a $1. SD1

you should maybe read the terms of the financing .. going to be close to a billion shares fully diluted.. all under 4 cents.. so no thanks..
