this has turned into a real dog.. may as well flush it to 10cts for a massive volume churn over the summer and allow it to get some new blood... all a guy ever does is take a beating on this play... I will keep trying to scoop the bottom.... even if i take a few losses along the way.... 15cts is a near given now.....

Toro has no control over oil prices. If you trust oil will be much higher in 6 months this will turn around. They are now well financed and ready to drill when prices firm up. Longer term investors are getting frustrated and dumping. You can always take a loss now and buy it back when outlook looks better.

All my other oils moved up with the price increases and this sagged a sagged. I see it more likely bought up and getting out with half.
