RE:magicianLooks like WEX pretty much sold out to CK Life Sciences to satisfy a $15Million convertible debenture in 2009 (with Huang at the helm), then was merged (amalgamated) with Pharmagesic Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of CK Life Sciences) in 2011. 

The cautionary tale here seems to be: avoid convertible debentures.
