OTQCB Listing

OTQCB ListingDoes anyone know why Tsodilo would seek listing on the OTQCB?  Seems like it increases reporting requirements, etc.  While this provides more transparency for investors and consistent reporting - it begs the question, why now?  Seems like it may increase operational costs - could there be some external factor that drives this?  I see how this would improve accessability to some brokers - but that would not drive investors without some underlying improvement in Tsodilo's situation, i.e., funding, new discoveries, etc.  Has moving to the OTQCB ever preceeded some follow on moves with other companies who have listed on the OTQCB - joint agreements, new outside funding?  Just pondering if this is some prelude to something else.  If you have any insights about moving into this type of listing, please comment.
