TTS at 0.11 bid

TTS at 0.11 bid
Last trade at 0.045 but the bid is now 0.11. I don't know what is going on but I think we can see 0.15, 0.20 or better in a very near future. A new project for the company would be a boost in this going-nowhere market. After investing more than 10MM in the company I am sure the former pres would appreciate to put a new price on his 20MM shares.
