The Research Capital shltshow deal was WORSE than I thought, imho.  These guys just sucked $1M in fees out and are NOT even supporting at or below the already discounted issue price!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dunno.  But we are down 20% since Research Captiols got involved!!!!!!!!!!!!! Things were looking up over a month ago........shares close to $2.50, good resutls etc..... Then Research Capitol gets TUD to do a dirt cheap deal......and since it was so cheap they almost tripled the size of deal.......... In the meantime, Gold is UP!  Juniors are UP!!!!!!!!...........BUT TUD IS AT THE LOW

I hope you're right Krammer...we are the most massive gold mine in North America. I've learned to be patient. Everyone getting in on these little plays thinking they're going to make it big quickly need to look at us...rarely do things go quickly with Juniors... as I've always said-patience: don't sell and wait it out.

It has to do with whoever is doing the private placement, and who their client is. Now I remember the name Mackie Research Capital and if they were doing the PP, expect a drop when it is closed. The holding period does not count because their client start shorting the stock right the way when the PP is closed. It this were Palisades, it was even worst, they start shorting the stocks

I think it has to do more with the flow-through SP. If the flow-through SP does not have a premium markup of over 33% or above, it creates weakness to the market SP when the deal is closing or closed.

On the Uncle Eric front, he did participate but less than his pro-rata so his % actually went DOWN!!! But when you're sitting at $2.4 and do a discounted deal, to NOT be able to hold $2.25 is shameful on Research and Walter!!!! imho.........more so Research as they probably promissed the world.......as banksters are know to do.....
