Tuo had a 20% interest in TC but did a private placement to TUD ....... What does TUO now hold in TC properties and Goldstorm Metals..... GSTM.... I can't remember the amount of the pp but I think it was about 6% of the pp....

TUO use to own 100% of Treaty Creak, then down to 49% in 2007 and down again to 20% in 2016, I guess they were not able to drive this type of project by themselves.  Too bad loosing 80% of such great ore deposit.

TUO is lucky to have reduced its interest and eliminated its need to spend money and dilute its shares. When TUD goes bust trying  to do its next several fund raises, TUO will still be standing.

Tudor got Treaty Creek for almost nothing, that was the logic to the initial deal as to invest less money to acquired some interest in TC but to put the money toward exploration instead while AMK and TUO will just have to wait for the discovery without having to invest any pennies.

TUD will always be able to raise money, so they will NOT go bust unless there was something else at play ie gold crashes, restated resource renderring it meaningless, nuclear war, 17% IRR in PEA, ,etc But current shareholders will continue to get diluted.  if not controlled properly, it could spiral pretty badly for existing SHs which iwould benefit those buying in.  But if resources

Back from road trip. I see no one answered your question the PP TUO did with TUD. Fordster will bash me for posting facts, but TUO bought 3,000,000  shares of TUD 3 years ago for  $9.6M.  As of today, that would add 1.36% of 60% to their 20%.  So they own 20.82% in total. Of course, the NSR is a massive kicker
