I have no idea why they priced it at this cheap level. Gold is already on a uptrend and thus the gold mining/exploration stocks. For sure someone is hurrying to buy for $4M at this low level. 

Mining sector is known for all sorts of scams and wrong doings!

Exactly my line of thinking.....unless they need the money RIGHT now, why not release the last drill results, let gold go for a bit and then do a raise? Definitely something going on behind the scenes.....were being held down for this purpose by someone who stands to gain.....My question is if it's this obvious to us, it should be even more obviious to management.....which makes you think ...more

I get that this kind of thing is the norm  - we aren't the only ones in this situation - but why is it allowed to be this way?
