Buyouts a comin’

If you think this thing is going to walk up slowly, and you're going to watch your bank account grow...... Give your head a shake.

It will sit around here, then one day..... BAAM. HALTED!!

Sits there for months, then we all get rewarded with cash and shares of whoever bought us out.

Hang out on the sidelines, and you're going to regret it.

Comment by Robizounskin on Feb 01, 2024 10:17am
The good thing is that the real value of Treaty Creek (Goldstorm) is the value of the ore deposit and not the present market cap.  We are not an exploration venture anymore, we found what we were looking for, we are just defining the final size and grade of our jewel for eventually cashing the reward and this will happen only with M&A transaction and not with retail shares transaction on ...more

Exactly. This guy gets it!  In the meantime.... Shut up Larry

will be bought out by seabridge for a song
Comment by Larry60 on Feb 01, 2024 1:43pm
No way Ken lets Rudi walk away from this for a song.

Won't be SEA.  If you really want to know. Keep an eye on NEM. Or you can watch and see who's doing massive capital raises and you'll know right away.
Comment by fordster on Feb 01, 2024 3:15pm
I suspect NEM too. ...get the popcorn out and have a seat! ...should be entertaining to watch unfold. I would guess Tud would have a commitment from someone perhaps sooner than SA. And yes we still need the updated studies and metallurgy. JS, do you have any ideas?  'It's amazing how little interests is in the junior miners now...perfect time to invest.
Comment by Jetstream1281 on Feb 01, 2024 4:33pm
I'm not sure what you are asking me for ideas on.... I can give my opinion on a couple things, but this is just my own opinion and there is nothing to substantiate it.... I don't think SEA has deep enough pockets themselves to buy TC....nor do I think they have any aspiration to do that....They are looking for a Major to partner with themselves so I would think that's who would foot ...more
Comment by fordster on Feb 01, 2024 5:36pm
Sorry for being obscure...I believe NEM is the only miner out there large enough to take this on. I don't see anyone else having the capability and they seem to be dominating the area. Though I've heard that they're not interested (or capable of) buying/developing KSM and TC together. Do you have any thoughts (or have heard any rumors) on NEM maneuvering for TC and/or KSM? Rudys plan ...more

Fordster, ES does not own any of SEA's silver.  As stated previously, it is Sprott Resource Lending fund that did the deal.  While "Sprott" is in the name, ES has NO connection to it whatsover (or to Sprott Asset Management). As for NEM?  Im sure theyre watching.  Along ways away from manouvering though.
Comment by fordster on Feb 01, 2024 6:20pm
You feel better now? Everyone else seems to know the context in my statement...you love exacting your "knowledge" to boost yourself up. Do you really need to try that hard to impress...btw, not interested in your take on NEM, nor was GoldieLocked. DONT BE A LARRY! ...I say "good day sir!"
Comment by Larry60 on Feb 02, 2024 11:38am
Fordster, You refer to ES as loving TUD (which he does, or at least used to - I think he still does, especially at 85 cents) and ES owning all of SEA's silver.  Everytime I correct you, you say well everyone knows what I mean????  ES does NOT own SEAs silver, he has no connection to that silver stream. I stick with facts and rational thought.  You can stick with whatever you ...more

I don't believe that mucker and reviewing your posts validate you have vested interests in Seabridge while biatch-slapping us on the Tud BB ....get real,  SA can't even get KSM off the ground.
Comment by remucker on Feb 02, 2024 6:23pm
actually i have vested intrest in both sea and tud . , i seem to have struck a nerve when i suggested that sea acquire tud .  it could be a wise move on their part . . but i doubt they would they have much bigger fish to fry and will soon be anouncing a potential merger with a major co. also some very promising drill resultas from their 3 aces property . . you may want to buy some shares in ...more

im in agreement  SEA is getting a JV deal sooner than later  Anyone who can't see that has reasons to say otherwise  hmmm Things are definitely going on behind the scenes at Treaty Creak as well  Woulda Coulda Shoulda
Comment by TeckPro on Feb 02, 2024 7:22am
Well they better plan on $10 per share!!! $5 minimum for MTT route access plus at least another $5 for a property with superior grades to their stalled KSM.
Comment by Jetstream1281 on Feb 01, 2024 2:40pm
If that was going to happen I think it would have been done already
Comment by Larry60 on Feb 01, 2024 1:43pm
Your vulgarity is unbecoming. Please show some respect for  the board. Lets hope for more on the high grade.  Need some some big news to get this puppy moving.
Comment by GuruNN on Feb 01, 2024 10:17am
I like the new diagrams, they are much more vivid and give a better impression of the drilling results.   Treaty Creek is a real monster.   If the gold market wasn't so dead, the stock would be going through the roof today at the latest...
