The next month should be interesting....

Not only do we have more results coming from TUD, the AMK saga unfolding, we are also only a month out from SEA mtt LOO expiring.....30 days from now we could be in a much different scenario from where we currently are.

Jetstream, personally I think the KSM project is too big and represents too many potential jobs and economic benefits to be denied.  My guess is that the extension will be granted, but with more clearly defined requirements that will statisfy the "prior rights holders," I.e. that the Treaty Creek parties must agree to any compensation or, more likely, a re-route before any ...more

I'm not denying that Rockport. I'm just saying that we'll get some clarity very soon. Within the month we will get a good idea of where the government stands on this.
Comment by Jetstream1281 on Aug 25, 2024 10:42am
The other thing too look at is the wording of LOO definitions... if there is a legitimate deposit there, the government DOESNT actually have the right to grant that license. TUD would then have a strong legal argument to oppose it.
Comment by rockport1 on Aug 26, 2024 4:11am
Would be nice if you are correct on these last points; it would likely eliminate most of the uncertainty overhang on the share price.  Plus, most of the opposition to the project should then fade away, along with much of the shorts and bashing.  Currently, there are several groups in opposition to this project due to their interest in KSM.  Obviously SEA as the MTT route is ...more

Every Tudor shareholder wants to see the legal risk finally eliminated. The existing Canadian law is very clear: there is no expropriation.    The ministries (the Gold Commissioner?) cannot simply pass over a 30 million ounce deposit, but of course they will certainly try to take Seabridge's interests into account.  But I don't know how this will be put into words ...more

Great conversation between the three of you... Rockport (you've heard this before) ...I just can't see where there's any room anywhere on TC for that MTT...but am going to check out your rout. Gun...Im with you: the law is the law...It's our rightful claim: pay the 1 Billion! JS...it will indeed be an interesting month!...I am looking forward to seeing how this unfolds. Yes all ...more

The easiest route is a curving route slightly North of the existing MTT.  I think the elevation profile works. The only issue is that is probably clips part of Perfectstorm and any satellite zones North of Copper Belle, and it runs along the Kyba Red Line.  Thus, my proposal that SEA look for a route that runs further North from Mitchell on their side of the claim boundry. When the ...more

So I've always have understood that the red line itself contains a "continuation of mineralization" which is quite valuable though not fully tested yet...that would infringe upon the AW and GR etc. wouldn't it? Last I remember, those sites contain some very impressive assays.... Either way, Seabridge is going to pay through the nose, if the law is held up (which I have no reason ...more

I believe whatever the court "decides' will be extremely milimouthed middle of the road position. They will split the baby and leave it up to both parties to "work it out." While I think internally they would agree SEA has no leg to stand on and no way would they believe if ok for SEA to plow throw a huge deposit that TUD is proving up. BUT the courts are not going to want to be ...more

No matter what happens, nothing will stop Tudor from dishing up the current area of Goldstorm to a fast-track development of a producing mine IMO....while Seabridge simply has to hold tight.
Comment by Signman on Aug 27, 2024 12:54pm
Along those lines I would expect SEA has no interest in a court decision anytime soon. In fact, with current drill results from TUD, I thing they hope TUD comes out with a massive PEA  and brings in a major with the hopes they will provide the solution to their problem... access to infustructure they would create. By either a mine, roads or cooperation with said major as next in line.
Comment by fordster on Aug 27, 2024 1:06pm
Exactly at what point will all the vested interested parties of Seabridge start to wax and wain off? Surly people must be questioning their status by now...perhaps not with Rudi performing his used car sales techniques. It's going to be along time before anything moves on the KSM...and OUR sp is so dang cheap. It seems to me there are forces doing their best to demolish Tudor...we will prevail ...more
Comment by Signman on Aug 27, 2024 1:24pm
Yeah that has me perflexed as well. SEA trades like it is a producing mine. Yet TUD has better grades in a smaller package with mutiple other drill targets yet to explore fully !? Couple that with a ridiculously low share price compared to SEA. You would think with their SP being up on the year they might sell at a profit and invest over at here to gain many multiples in value. Escecially knowing ...more

One can hope that a mega play is in the works. Maybe a major will combine it all and make a mega mine. Would be a win for all. Could be who the basher that has multi usernames is working for.
Comment by Signman on Aug 27, 2024 2:26pm
JP I think that might be a possiblity. BUT I think if they wanted to save a ton of marketcap cost in the purchasing of SEA. They would scoop up TUD first.. develope it further. Explore the other cells while building a mine. All while ignoring SEA completely until their shareholders exit stage right for the company that IS moving forward. Stock drops .. then eventually take out SEA  for much ...more

> Signman, That sounds like a possible scenario. MIght need to start considering selling my SEA and buy more TUD and AMK . The more I think about it, SEA might have some possible hardship coming up. Will definitely be an intereting next couple months.

Like I said, it would not shock me if SEA was sniffing around and this Cunningham farce was simply to hold them off....
Comment by Signman on Aug 27, 2024 4:45pm
Lets hope so JS. I suspect if Cunningham bumps yet again on the 5th this would seem an even more reasonable hypothesis.
Comment by Larry60 on Aug 28, 2024 11:53pm
Cunningham, a private co related to the $1.5M mkt Cap Pink Sheet listed Cunningham Natural Resources (HNRC) with no money, is fending off a bid from multi billion dollar mkt cap SEA??????? Really??????? This is just Pink Sheet typical shenanigans..........imho...

So it's in their best interests to bash us into the ground for a mop up...used car salesman tactics just like Rudi. Something must be brewing...we need that prefeasibilty study ASAP. It's nice having KK leading.
