The only thing that might prevent them from buying 20% of what may be potentially one of the best tier one gold projects in canada and the world might be a non competitive clause attached to confidentially agreement which they may have signed with seabridge what probably more than 10 years ago... 

Cunningham is offering a discounted low ball offer on what is shaping up to be a major tier one gold project in a safe jurisdiction....

they may be the first to bid for amk's interest in treaty creek but they won't be the last...

and by the way newmont is on track to earn a net income of close to a billion dollars barring an unexpected writeoff for the third quarter....

and treaty creek has enough blue sky potential galore to boot the cunninghams out of the picture eh?

Does it not seem clear now why GEM upped their financing more than double the day before AMK halted again ? I'll put my bet on Newmont blowing Cunningham / GEM out anyday of the week and twice on Sundays.

agnico eagle is another blue chip gold major that is printing cash. It is on track to earn a net income of $500 million in the third quarter, barring any potential write-offs... All they have to do is issue   2 million shares to match cunningham's offer for amk.... that would be a drop in the bucket given they only have about 500 million shares outstanding.. Another good company Highper. Let's hope for a post Beaver / Denver day halt again after they take a good look at what TUD has to offer. Why in the heck anyone is risking letting AMK shares go now is crazy IMO
