Tudor Gold Announces Grant of Options

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - September 12, 2024) - Tudor Gold Corp. (TSXV: TUD) (FSE: H56) (the "Company" or "Tudor") announces that a total of 6,750,000 stock options ("Options") have been granted to directors, officers and consultants, pursuant to the Company's stock option plan. The Options are exercisable for a term of five years at an exercise price of $0.96 per Option.

YUP the Perks of being an employee for a company !! and these ones will be in tthe money / not sure how ,many outstanding options out there now but likely a few / are there any lower than .96 ??

All good, those options when exercised will bring cash into the treasury, insiders will sit on the stock waiting for a buy out. No dilution to greedy penny traders who go through house #1. So when TUD starts trading over $1.10 they'll suddenly start getting cask in the bank more than enough for a PEA, if all are exercised Some of course will sell there shares higher in advance of exercising ...more

Looks like we get our $2600 Gold call for September if not $2700 / this market is getting a lttle traction finally and a lot more to come !!
