Message for Rudi & Ken:hitter

Gentlemen:

I trust that you have noticed that Pete Rose has passed. Pete, Mr. Hit King, was a prolific hitter and a dynamic player. He retired at 44ish and passed at 83ish. That is a 39isg year span. Pete would have been a slam dunk at the HOF but for a mistake that he compounded by not taking action of owning up to that mistake. For 39ish long years Pete was tormented that he could not reach the pinnacle that he strived so hard for during his career. The next time that Pete plays baseball he will be coming out of the corn on the sequel to Field of Dreams. All he had to do was to do was to take ACTION and admit that he did perform a prohibited act and bingo bango bongo, all would have been forgiven. But nope, he failed to take action and NO HOF FOR YOU. The same can be said about you guys. Can you imagine when you folks meet your maker and He asks why you wasted the talent that He imparted to each of you to accomplish the specific goal of developing the combined properties. What will you say? How can you justify taking no action? If you folks do not initiate expedited actions, the closest that each of you to seeing the fulfillment of your dreams will be walking out of the Open Pit with James Earl Jones in a movie called: Open Pit of Dreams. I can almost hear James Earl Jones now: "If you combine the companies, they will be developed" as you guys appear through the dust and endless parade of rock trucks. It does not need to end like that. There is still time. Rudi, Ken's number is 1-604-559-8092. Ken, Rudi's number is 1-416-367-9292. If you do not initiate the development soonest, the next CEOs will. As you can imagine, at the initiation of production, the investing community will be asking: Rudi Fronk? Ken Konkin? Who were thos folks? The choice is yours.

At least you're impartial and neutral. Understand, Tudor has reached out and Rudi remains aloof and distant. Tudor has no options other than to pursue this in whatever capacity needed...and no, Tudor does NOT want to get into a legal court battle. That is their last resort.
