The reason the spin out of TC didn't happen was due to a major kicking the tires. That major (not that many choices) has also been keeping a lid on the share price of all 3. If that's the case how much is TC worth ? and it solves any tax issues for TUO because if it did happen then any cash or shares received for their 20% and NSR could be paid out as a special dividend to shareholders. Interesting times, definitely something going on. Staying long and strong.
