Go to " MTC " Metalcorp chart .Bid .02,ask .025. This 5 year chart is identical to TVI " s chart ! Then go to "Palladium One Minings" site, "PDM" TSXV. "Palladium One and Metal Corp. enter into definitive agreement for a buisness combination"! Palladium One takes over Metal corp. Look over Metalcorp's 5 year chart,their price history, the number of shares they have,and the final VALUE Metalcorp shareholders will recieve.Is this how it happens?

No disrespect however IMO Cliff James as chair of TVI and TVIRD will not allow some tacky takeover.If anything TVIRD will buy out TVI shareholders.TVIRD (Villar) will then own 100%. Anyways, once Siana gets going and TVIRD announces IPO , we should be good.
