The more I think of it, the BETTER I like it.

Villar , the son of the richest man in the Philipines ,owns 20% of TVI.
This demonstrates the value he places on TVIRD and how undervalued TVI is.
He may be holding up the IPO until he fully owns TVIRD versus the 75% he currently owns.
We know he paid .025 share last August for 53.6 M shares.
We do not how much he just paid for Cliff's 58 M shares, we can assume .025
STRONGLY SUGGEST FOR EVERYONE TO INCREASE THEIR ASK PRICE  TO MINIMUM OF .05
