Supposed IPO

This has been bugging me since the recent NR. The information that I had from TVI's reports said that the IPO was to be end of 2023, early 2024. In reading Rooster's post the IPO now is at least 3 years away. Why the discreptancy? Or has TVI been lying to us all these years about it. Hopefully things will be better moving forward, but there is no guarantee. Guess we just wait and hope !!!!!

Morning Longtimer. I based my assumption on one of the main PSE listing requirements "Cumulative net income, excluding non –recurring items, of at least Php75 million for three (3) full fiscal years immediately preceding the application for listing." Note TVIRD did not make a profit in 2023 and most likely will not in 2024 due to Siana costs. Therefore Villar took control over TVI and ...more

TVI 's lack of profit has nothing to do with TVIRD' s requirement to be profitable. Although its hard to notice lately, TVI is trading and does not need to IPO.gltu
