Share Buyback ....

At these giveaway prices of 5 million plus shares being offered at 1 cent , should the new owners of TVI and TVIRD not do all shareholders a favour and start buying back and cancelling out the shares they buy back ?  There by reducing the number of shares outstanding and help to create some real value for the long time shareholders?  Just a thought?  Good luck to all TVI shareholders.  Stayb safe.

At the very least Villar can increase his holdings in TVI and therfore TVIRD on the cheap. Slick, your assumption is that anyone in management would care about TVI share price. Based on the absolute disregard for TVI shareholders that has been demonstrated since Villar took control of TVI I would not hold my breath.gltu

TVIRD doesn't own TVI. TVI owns TVIRD. The structure for these companies and their multiple shells is quite the maze if you ask me. Though TVIRD might have some money, we don't konw, they're not public, they can't do a 'buyback' on TVI shares that would reduce the float. It's not within their purview. If they buy TVI shares, it's to own TVI, or reduce TVI's ...more

Wrong. Villar who owns approx 70 % of TVIRD and also owns 20 % of TVI, THEREFORE in total Villar owns about 76 % of TVIRD. You are correct that TVI does not have the funds, however Villar certainly does have the funds.IMO Villar does not need to buy more TVI since he has control anyways. We will find out in a few weeks if TVI has received any TVIRD dividends in the 3rd quarter. Remember TVIRD has ...more

Should Tvird not have to give Tvi 30% of earnings???????

If Villar provides the money, it's going to be as a loan to TVI, as he's shown he's already willing to do through his proxies. Without an income stream, I hardly think TVI would use that money to do a share buy back as was earlier proposed. It would be only for continuting operations. For me the silver lining here is that Villar seems to believe that TVI can monetize itself through ...more

Can you please explain to me why Tvi doesn't get 30% of Tvird's income ??

Probably because TVIRD is building the business , currently commissioning Siana and starting Mabilo in the near future.Balabag china loan should be paid off now.Siana's 30 M usd 5 year loan will will reduce the net profit by 2 M usd every quarter.IMO there should be remaining net profit. In a nutshell, one operating mine will fund the next mine, and so on.gltu
