This is how Ucore secured Suncor ... (?) :)

This is how Ucore secured Suncor ... (?) :)March 3rd, 2015 --- "Perhaps most importantly, our licensing arrangement includes the application of SuperLig technology to the world recycling and tailings processing sector both for the recovery of rare earths and all other metals. and approved by Izatt. ----- July 18, 2016 "...has partnered with an undisclosed Major Alberta Oil Sands Producer (MOSP), for the purpose of recovering rare earth elements (REE) AND OTHER TECHNOLOGY METALS from Alberta oil sands operations (the Partnership). Concurrent with this announcement, the Partnership has obtained a funding grant from the Government of Canada through the Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP). ....Here's what I think happened Dragon and it's 100% along your comment of cow towing. The j'v's "all other metals", allowed Ucore to directly discuss in privacy with Suncor and there is nothing in the Agreements that requires Ucore to inform WHO they're talking to...just as long as it's under NDA. "Suncor" is not a direct REE competition to the "j/v". Why? The "j/v" only covers what is processed through the AK SMC. When they approached Suncor, Ucore already had "all other metals" provision and that is why Ucore clearly, clearly says.....MOSP is "in addition" to tech metals, to distinguish from a REE focus, like the SMC. Izatt had no choice but to work the MOSP contract or be sued by Ucore / Suncor because Ucore 1st, established the MOSP partnership. That's why we later saw news of MOSP "tested several separation platforms and chose MRT", instead of testing before the Ucore/MOSP partnership. Also, the MOSP would have also seen the 2015 REE results and press releases of 3rd-party verified and all other public information. But....BUT,,,,that's not where Izatt's nightmare ends. Ucore also has May 2016 OTP right. So along the way, Izatt had no choice and was like a poodle nipping to be "included". This is now why he asked UCORE, multiple times to "formally cancel"...."or I quit". He was told....yea, yea, yea....and now it's why we see his " I was told ", and I turned away other work, for "Suncor opportunities" court complaint. Sorry Charlie......you should of exercised common sense and a lawyer, just as Ucore did at every step. 20/20 and I mean, 20/20... Ucore has publically stated every single intention along the way. It is truly amazing when you're able to take it all in. ---- So yep Dragon, they used his own self-status, against him.
