Anyone on the board care to discuss what the implied warrant price would indicate?  "Each Warrant will entitle Orca to acquire one common share of the Company at an exercise price of CAD$1.20 during a term ending on November 30, 2023."

Would this suggest expectation to have price at that time higher than $1.20??

That would seem fairly positive, no?

That's the same exercise price as the 500,000 warrants issued in Nov 2019 which expired worthless on Nov 30, 2021. Perhaps this time will be different.
