Post a link to the DOD contract agreement with Ucore. Hunted high and low with no success. I have seen it before but can't remember where I located it. That will put this discussion to rest

I can't find the actual contract, either. I don't know whether it is publicly available. Here is the contract number: W900KK2390006 and if you search on this you can find information about it from third-party websites. One of the search results will be a post to this bullboard by Rapidsx1 from last September with a link to one such third party website.
