Way to much PR to be a scam in my opinion . Markets are forward looking , i just waiting for mr market to open his and her eyes

Farm 3 MOUs aren't too much PR fact is, it really isn't PR at all they are all non binding  ie most MOUs amount to nothing    And that's for all companies  anything that ucore announces that isn't to do with large amounts of non dilutive funding to build a 60 million plus SMC that's been delayed over 2 yrs ( just the one in LA) means very little if anything&

Next step: Proceed to "Advanced" MOUs, a.k.a., LOIs (Letters of Intent), whcih are also non-binding, but at a more advanced stage of non-bindingness. That way, Ucore could show "real" (fake) progress.
