secures real, needle moving funding
They need a couple 10-20 million investments to move the needle
because SMC doesnt get built without that if they secured 30 million, a case could be made for 50% more dilution to build SMC of course, no clue if they could run it at a profit because ucore has never "ran" anything nor has it made $1

But one thing for sure Ucore knows how to waste shareholder money just ask the lawyers they paid fighting the MRT debacle. Who knows if they know what to do should they make a dollar
