Lifton says SMC will be run profitably, because Ryan says so. Lifton talks about financing being in place as though it's already happened - but reality is, "wealthy" investors may have bought PPs, but not yet financed SMC. Interview appeasr to be from end of June 2024 based on Lifton comment about new China Oct 1 rule.

Ucore has to buy feedstock, whose price it can 't control unless it has long term deal with stable prices, and then needs to make some margin on output vs input price difference. Interview appears to be from late 2023.

It is true that we will have to see if ucore can get the financing for Louisiana and become profitable in the future. but I think there is a real chance of getting it. no risk, no reward. We are talking about a multibagger company if it succeeds. there is a video that is from a month or so ago I think but the other one seems recent. they talk about news that will come in the third quarter.

mp materials is a clearer play. they control the entire chain from the mine to the magnets. but there is less reward although the risk is also reduced. I have been following ucore since 2020. I just opened a small position at 0.54cad. the idea is to increase as progress comes.

Wow, it's true, one of the videos is older and talks about milestones from the end of 2023. I didn't realize.
