Ui is a data provider for iBuyers

Since I also work in the field of artificial intelligence, I know that new data sources are constantly being sought to improve models.

Since Offerpad has a large iBuying department that generates prices for acquisitions based on such models and Ghislain said on Tuesday that a lot of data (e.g. how many doors or windows an apartment has) can be derived from the 3D tours, I see UI as a data provider for iBuyer in the future. You remember that Ui has to provide two 3D tours (one for acquisition and another for marketing)

That would be a stable business model away from pure real estate marketing. Besides, iBuying (apart from Zillow) is a growing market. (currently only 1.6% of market share)

It's also no coincidence that UI started its partnership with Offerpad in Arizona. "iBuyer Market share in Phoenix, the largest iBuyer market, peaked to a new high of 10.8 percent in Q3 2021." - UI is also working with eXp Realty and they have also a growing iBuying division. I would like to see a partnership with Opendoor in the future.
