When
it's a buyer's market, which is transpiring now, the advertising budget for the astute seller increases exponentially. If you were selling your home, and the competition was daunting, what would be one of your best offensive tactics? Well, duh? Get out the big advertising howitzers you can. That'll start happening soon, and UI will be one of the highest calibres out there.

Agreed, Red, in this suddenly ultra-competitive real estate market transition... the lazy complacent agents will get left behind. The industry shake out is upon us.... adopt UI or die!

The scenario I outlined is exactly what's happening. I would have thought a large share price jump, but as the Quarterly report proves the hypothesis, the current price suits me fine, as I'll continue to accumulate at these bargain prices. There's definitely going to be a considerable jump after the next report. It's going to be a severe upwards kick in the market's arrse.
