Evaluation.

Don't know how to evaluate this stock. It has the copper. It has the expertise. It has insider ownership. It has been wandering so long in the wilderness, the chart is hard to read.
    They have been looking for a partner for awhile but nothing yet. Why?? The stock price is low because nobody knows about it. 
    But my biggest concern is why no partner??

Junior resource co.s usually have to derisk things somewhat before partners step in. The PEA should provide some derisk.
