Viva - do your due diligence

I was a serious investor in this project despite the reputation of a key person.
My fears were realized with certain pivotal decisions and their rationale.
I promptly liquidated all but a token amount.
This seems headed for a similar fate to Atna Resources - with the very same leadership.
Issuing options in concert with massive dilution is just one of the many, many wrongs here.
I wouldn't suggest to walk away from this opportunity, but to run. Good luck
