Well it certainly has woken up the bids but at 1.5 cents not likely going to take out the wall at 2.5.  Lets hope for some bigger news next week.

On October 1st they issued paper to utilize 17M+ shares to settle some debt. That transaction closed 10 days ago. Tonight, November 18, they are issuing another 17M+ shares to pay down more debt. Presumably this is fairly heavy dilution for a 2 cent stock? Will this continue on for some time and will it be followed at some point by a consolidation? Just throwing a few thoughts out as to where ...more

Retraction, please ignore my prior post. I misread tonights news release. It is just a further extension of the October 1st news of the proposed issuance of 17M+ shares -- not a second issue. Sorry about that.

Apparently they owed CEO. Never a good sign when employees cannot get paid and they pay debts with paper...
