Future
VGN has 10.7M shares in Farm and has (or will have) 3 to 5M in Golden. Last balance sheet showed over 2M in cash and marketable securities. Plus, another potential gold property. The float is around 40M shares. I would think that net book value should easily be in excess of $.30 per share. That estimate is before any future increase in the investments in Farm and Golden! Good look everyone! I’m still loooong!

So as a formula for NAV on marketable securities and cash... FARM - 10.7m x 0.81 = 8.6m GLM - 3m x 0.65 = 2.0 m add $2m in cash... or maybe less now... total 12.6 m ./ 40m shares = 0.315 per share of course then the calues of properties... if that's not accurate let me know, thanks

I understood there are 11m farm, and 4 glm. Trailing cash was 2.5, with the spec mkt going well, that number should be the same. Oil royalty is back paying. It has value. 500k to a million.

Unless VGN bought more I believe it's only 3 million Glm shares. An extra 2 mill will come November this year

Farm holdings is 11 mill, Glm is 50 cents now but both farm and Glm share prices move a lot. Can't really include the other properties until they have a maiden resource or optioned out (right now they are liabilities due to maintenance and exploration cost) Also you need to factor in capital gains tax on all securities (whatever the Canadian rate is) Also there's the legacy oil royalty.
