Hello,
Until Frances Creek is operational isn’t VM getting its barite from the same Chinese supplier as competitors. If so, how will co. crack the Canadian and US markets?
Comment by WarrantOfficer on Aug 12, 2022 8:51am
They supposively have new updated formulas that are a head above the rest. They just have to get them out of the testing phase, which is long past due.

Sounds like from current update co. will not use 3rd party barite to make end product. Instead, co. going to wait to produce 2,000 tonnes from FC in Q2,Q3 2023.  2000 tonnes will generate $12 million US revenue.  Cost will be $820,000 US per PEA but mgmt says redesign of FC will bring capex down "significantly" from $36 million CDN.

Not sure where your reading that interpretation? I read the entire update, They are moving forward with CND sales, They have secure supply from China. The point I see is they need to get FC going so we start trading on the PEA. With no mine, the PEA is useless, with a mine we should start trading to the PEA valuation. Selling with third parties = No pea value.  Looks good to me other than FDA ...more

Certainly seems like they have been very busy behind the scenes. Was not expecting to see an accelerated plan but it sure is welcome.  Next 12 months should be very interesting if VM can execute and the share price begins to reflect something closer to the true value of this company.  One thing I have never seen mentioned is what value do the approvals and licensing have . If the ...more

Nothing to get excited about here. no fda approval anytime soon very little chance of mining in the next 12 months. Canada is not the place for mining or oil and gas. have to look at Africa and South America  keeping my shares just in case there is a new government in Ottawa
Comment by Billybub on Sep 08, 2022 9:19am
Canadian and American governments would rather rely on Chinese products. this way any GHG will be produced elsewhere. The fact that winds blow the Chinese GHG to North America doesn't matter. when China takes over Taiwan will we dare to impose sanctions on China? this is definitely happening during the Biden administration which the Chinese perceive as weak. a return to a Trump administration ...more

I dont believe they will have any issue with obtaining a notice of work for the proposed 2000 tonnes next year. That makes allot of contrast bottles. This is a tiny little quarry, they have a good path forward. It should get Bracco's attention as well.
