It's a very promising sign. I guess the MaRS presentation went well. The companies timing with milestones was perfect.

Mars is where pharma companies get financed, form partnerships, and get laboratory support. With their new powerful molecule, I am sure they had many big pharma companies lining up to get on that gravy train.

I have an inkling that very few agreements ever get signed during the Mars conference but that conference leads to discussions. Complicated legal agreements and commitments are not usually drawn up in 2 seconds and any company or financing will want to do their DD before commiting millions or getting involved  not after ther commited millions.
